About TDO

Trust Rehabilitation and Development Organization (TDO) is a registered national non-governmental, non-profit organization established in April 2010, with operations launched in June of the same year. TDO is committed to serving communities affected by conflict, disaster, and chronic poverty, with a focus on dignity, recovery, and long-term resilience.

With a team of highly qualified professionals, TDO operates across key sectors including agriculture, protection, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), health and nutrition, education, peacebuilding, livelihoods, micro-finance, and women’s empowerment. Our work extends across West and Central Darfur, where we collaborate closely with local authorities, line ministries, and all relevant stakeholders to deliver impactful, community-driven solutions.

In the area of financial management, TDO employs experienced specialists with advanced degrees and maintains a strong commitment to transparency through regular internal and external audits. We are proud to hold pre-qualification certificates from major international agencies, including UNHCR and UNDP, specifically in the field of procurement, valid through 2025.
