As part of the Emergency Shelter Assistance / Non-Food Items and Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Support Project for Conflict-Affected Populations in Central Darfur – Sudan, TDO successfully conducted a Health Promoters Training Workshop in Zalingei.
This workshop focused on hygiene promotion and community-led sanitation programs, equipping 20 participants with the skills and knowledge needed to enhance public health awareness within their communities. The training aimed to strengthen local capacities in maintaining hygiene, preventing waterborne diseases, and promoting safe sanitation practices.
This initiative was implemented by Trust Rehabilitation and Development Organization (TDO) with the generous support of Solidarités International. TDO remains committed to empowering communities through knowledge-sharing and sustainable WASH interventions.
